What was the highlight of Labranda Golden Beach Only Adults

good hotel with excellent food and friendly staff

the food was so amazing! i was so full but still couldn’t wait for the next meal! the choices were okay, there was meat, fish, lots of veggies and cold dishes, fruit, dessert, lots of side dishes… they really know how to prepare sea food and fishes, they were amazing! the cocktails choices under the all inclusive were not huge, i think maybe 6 cocktails however they were delicious! the staff was so friendly and polite. the rooms are nice.

the hotel can be quite noisy because of the room doors which had a huge gap underneath them. hope they renovate the doors soon! there were not enough sun umbrellas at the pool, you usually had to be very early to get one. the snack bar had very little snack options and the snack were often soggy and not that good… it was disappointing since sometimes we skipped breakfast or lunch because of other booked activities and we rather waited on dinner which was amazing than eat the soggy cold snacks.

Lindo pero sin playa. Nice with out beach.

El personal es el gran activo del hotel. Todos son maravillosos. The staff is the best at the hotel. Everyone is so nice and efficient.

No es un hotel de playa! La playa esta disque a 400 metros pero el camino es sinuoso. This is not a Beach hotel. The beach is near but it is difficult to reach.

Good value for money

Great value for money & all inclusive dinner and drinks were great especially the beer. Rooms tidy and whole place generally clean. Beach close by however a steep hill to get up and down if you have mobility issues. All staff were great.

Lift was out of order meaning over 80 steps to get from pool to room, door lock broken on arrival and patio door wouldn’t lock but was quickly fixed by maintenance guy.

Lovely stay at Labranda Golden Beach

We have a swim up room which was great for sunbathing and refreshing up afterwards. The food was excellent, especially dinner ( I am Spanish), great varity and quality products like jamón ibérico. The staff was always smiling, polite and happy to serve you no matter what. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

No hotel's fault but the location could be better, however, once you learn your surroundings, it is easy to access the beach and get connections by bus to visit other areas such as Morro Jable or Puerto Rosario.

Staff were so friendly and helpful at all times Swim up rooms were lovely

Very poor for entertainment there was none except a dj on Saturday. Remaining nights only football on tv and no alternative.

We loved our stay here , the food was gorgeous and most staff were very nice and helpful

The staff in the buffet and the bar in the evening were always so nice. Cleaners went around every day

Food and staff were great. Recent refurbishment doesn’t appear to have been completed to a high standard.

Excellent staff and great food

Very poor entertainment both during the day and evening. The bar closed 10.30 pm on Christmas Eve. Exercise class advertised but never happened. Very few of the advertised activities ever happened.

Great stay!

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great selections of foods - really enjoyed the seafood. The room was great. Big balcony and great seaview. We would come back.

The pool was so could, not heated. The tables at the pool seemed to the only place at the hotel which was not cleaned. They were sticky and dirty from drinks. There was so much food to choose from, not all of it tasted great. It would be better to focus om quality instead of quantity. The pillows were so bad !!! Worst pillows ever. We both got neck pain and headache. We asked for a new one but it was just as bad as the first one.

A reasonable priced hotel in a very quiet Costa Calma town.

- friendly and helpful staffs - room size is great - nice view from the room - quite reasonable pricing - clean swimming pool

- the food was just edible, but definitely not as good as usual 4 star rated hotels. My suggestion to the hotel: try to focus on the food quality, not the quantity or just change your cooking chef, he has definitely not done his job well. - the door of the room cannot be closed firmly, so it is wobbly, has no sound isolation, you can hear everything from inside your room. - some room neighbours smoke on their balcony, so for non smokers like me it's very annoying.

Good value and a relaxing hotel

The beach was only a few minutes walk which was perfect. There's not much to do in the area, which was fine for us as we were just there for 3 days to relax. I recommend all inclusive. The buffet was pretty good and we particularly enjoyed special moments like the chef cooking paella by the pool for lunch one day, and the Iberico ham at dinner another day. The outdoor space of the restaurant is really lovely with a view. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Entertainment was lively and a laugh. We loved playing tennis in the morning and my partner appreciated the gym. Overall really good value and a relaxing last minute break for us.

There is a sewage smell around parts of Costa Calma which was unpleasant (not an issue in the hotel grounds though). Cocktails were really bad... desserts weren't great, but we liked the ice cream and the chocolate foundation that was there one of the days. Most of the guests are German so food was perhaps catered more to them. Our shower had some mould/limescale but didn't bother us too much. Also, the hotel is 1 hour drive from the hotel and costs about 100 euros.

Relaxing, friendly comfortable

The hotel was so relaxing, staff were friendly the pool area was great. We just made it to lunch on arrival. Love the snack bar and the entertainment. The complex is huge and the beach 10 min walk

Only thing was the private pools were not warm enough so couldnt make the most of it

Had a great stay

I found the staff very friendly and considerate. The room was a bigger size than I had expected with a great view of the sunrise each morning over the lower rooftops down towards the sea. The room nice and clean and cleaned each day The food similar to what you would expect to find in the other 4* hotels in the area. I have no complaints at all and found something to enjoy for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. I slept well and it was a good central base to spend days visiting all the beautiful beaches around the Costa Calma area

...the only thing that disappointed me in the slightest was that there were never any bananas at breakfast that were ripe enough to be tasty... And maybe they should rethink the shower setup on next round of renovations/improvements - easy to drench the floor and into the room. Not a big problem but a 'doh! who designed this?!' each morning

A very relaxing stay

The Food was good and adequate. The Staff were amazing, good humoured, obliging, multi-taskers. The pool area was relaxing and serene. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay.

DISCO AT THE POOL BAR where outside lighting at different levels was very bad. A poor man on two walking sticks was trying to negotiate the steps in the dark because he wanted a drink and upstairs bar wasn't open. Not enough seating outside. Inside lit up like a barn. Not enough bar staff. Huge queues at bar. NO MIRROR IN THE BEDROOMS. NO COASTERS FOR DRINKS. RENOVATION SEEMED UNFINISHED. Sometimes, bar and food-stations were unmanned or undermanned due to staff multi-tasking
