Food and staff were great. Recent refurbishment doesn’t appear to have been completed to a high standard.

Excellent staff and great food

Very poor entertainment both during the day and evening. The bar closed 10.30 pm on Christmas Eve. Exercise class advertised but never happened. Very few of the advertised activities ever happened.

Great stay!

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great selections of foods - really enjoyed the seafood. The room was great. Big balcony and great seaview. We would come back.

The pool was so could, not heated. The tables at the pool seemed to the only place at the hotel which was not cleaned. They were sticky and dirty from drinks. There was so much food to choose from, not all of it tasted great. It would be better to focus om quality instead of quantity. The pillows were so bad !!! Worst pillows ever. We both got neck pain and headache. We asked for a new one but it was just as bad as the first one.

A reasonable priced hotel in a very quiet Costa Calma town.

- friendly and helpful staffs - room size is great - nice view from the room - quite reasonable pricing - clean swimming pool

- the food was just edible, but definitely not as good as usual 4 star rated hotels. My suggestion to the hotel: try to focus on the food quality, not the quantity or just change your cooking chef, he has definitely not done his job well. - the door of the room cannot be closed firmly, so it is wobbly, has no sound isolation, you can hear everything from inside your room. - some room neighbours smoke on their balcony, so for non smokers like me it's very annoying.

Good value and a relaxing hotel

The beach was only a few minutes walk which was perfect. There's not much to do in the area, which was fine for us as we were just there for 3 days to relax. I recommend all inclusive. The buffet was pretty good and we particularly enjoyed special moments like the chef cooking paella by the pool for lunch one day, and the Iberico ham at dinner another day. The outdoor space of the restaurant is really lovely with a view. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Entertainment was lively and a laugh. We loved playing tennis in the morning and my partner appreciated the gym. Overall really good value and a relaxing last minute break for us.

There is a sewage smell around parts of Costa Calma which was unpleasant (not an issue in the hotel grounds though). Cocktails were really bad... desserts weren't great, but we liked the ice cream and the chocolate foundation that was there one of the days. Most of the guests are German so food was perhaps catered more to them. Our shower had some mould/limescale but didn't bother us too much. Also, the hotel is 1 hour drive from the hotel and costs about 100 euros.

Relaxing, friendly comfortable

The hotel was so relaxing, staff were friendly the pool area was great. We just made it to lunch on arrival. Love the snack bar and the entertainment. The complex is huge and the beach 10 min walk

Only thing was the private pools were not warm enough so couldnt make the most of it

Had a great stay

I found the staff very friendly and considerate. The room was a bigger size than I had expected with a great view of the sunrise each morning over the lower rooftops down towards the sea. The room nice and clean and cleaned each day The food similar to what you would expect to find in the other 4* hotels in the area. I have no complaints at all and found something to enjoy for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. I slept well and it was a good central base to spend days visiting all the beautiful beaches around the Costa Calma area

...the only thing that disappointed me in the slightest was that there were never any bananas at breakfast that were ripe enough to be tasty... And maybe they should rethink the shower setup on next round of renovations/improvements - easy to drench the floor and into the room. Not a big problem but a 'doh! who designed this?!' each morning

A very relaxing stay

The Food was good and adequate. The Staff were amazing, good humoured, obliging, multi-taskers. The pool area was relaxing and serene. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay.

DISCO AT THE POOL BAR where outside lighting at different levels was very bad. A poor man on two walking sticks was trying to negotiate the steps in the dark because he wanted a drink and upstairs bar wasn't open. Not enough seating outside. Inside lit up like a barn. Not enough bar staff. Huge queues at bar. NO MIRROR IN THE BEDROOMS. NO COASTERS FOR DRINKS. RENOVATION SEEMED UNFINISHED. Sometimes, bar and food-stations were unmanned or undermanned due to staff multi-tasking

Overall very nice stay and would go again

Private pool was amazing and staff came round with drinks. Decor was nice and modern

Walls are very thin so not very sound proof if there’s a lot of noise from other guests and pillows are very flat. Buffet could be better.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location run by lovely people.

he hotel is about a hour from the airport by car and super easy to find. You could hire a car from the airport, althought not stricly necessary. We were on All-inclusive so we stayed most of the time in the hotel, with some short trips to visit the surranding areas which are connected by newly asphalted roads (2023). We loved the everything on our stay, from the amazing food quality in each meals, with lots of different choices every day and of course the included cerveza/sangria by the clean and nice pool.

Was everything nice, but to be picky and only from a purely personal taste: cocktails and soft-drinks had too much sweeteners. Lastly, such of a great shame most of the amazing quality food were spoilt by an excessive usage of cumin!

Variety and taste of food and drinks, Most of the Reception staff (front desk) was very nice but during check in the receptionist was rude and unpleasant

Very nice food, be careful with the male stuff!

The food was really good. Breakfast lunch and dinner were great! Restaurant stuff we’re lovely, friendly and really eager to help! Thank you :)

Our first approach with the hotel was horrible. The German guy at the front office was really unfriendly and not helpful. We asked for an extra towel since we were missing one in our room. We never got it. We also asked for shampoo. We never got it. Simply rude. Luckily, in the morning there was a lovely lady at the front office who was friendly, polite and very very helpful! We also want to say that “Jesus, jefe de departamento” was a very rude and unkind person. Stay away from him!

Nothing it was appalling to be honest food was brutal the drinks were tasteless the check in was over an hour slow really slow and the pool was absolutely freezing cold never go there again

The check in was shocking over an hour standing at the reception waiting for the guy to get our room The food they serve up for breakfast lunch and dinner is appalling beef was like rubber and inedible small cockroaches in our shower and along the walls in our room every day swimming pool was freezing cold no one in it all day the pool safety guy was like a little troll sat there and directed things you couldn't do no diving no running no rubber rings no floats no this no that Fuerteventura is windy 90 percent of the time so every day we were there by the pool the little troll would say no parasols to be put up so had to sit there without shade come on for gods sake there isn't any bins around the pool for putting rubbish in the snacks are brought over from the main hotel uncovered the cups for coffee are dirty it says all inclusive but its not you have to pay for other food and drinks like hodogs burgers and assorted drinks outside the hotel is a nightmare to park outside the hotel there is 6 parking bays and then you have to park in the street rows and rows of cars so you can end up 400 yards away parking your car (Elderly and infirm disabled be warned) you have to pay for the room safe and pay for the hotel pool towels luckily we had our own We ended up eating out every day the snacks in the pool bar were like the dining room utter rubbish Our advice to other travelers is to go somewhere else its not at all worth the money We intend to contact booking.com for a refund
